Our Story
Who We Are...
Cowgirl Soda Co. is a locally owned dirty soda shop in Paso Robles, CA created with families, fun and community in mind.
We specialize in handcrafted, non-alcoholic drinks made with flavored syrups, your favorite soda base, fresh ingredients, and customizable combinations making them perfect for all ages.
What started as a small pop-up has grown into a storefront and event experience. We're bringing something sweet, fun, and a little western to the Central Coast!
Meet the Owner...
Hi, I'm Meghan- a Paso Robles native, mama of two, and the heart behind Cowgirl Soda Co.
Before starting this business, I worked as a nurse for almost 10 years but made the tough decision to put that chapter on hold to focus on raising my babies. While being home with them has been the greatest gift, I still felt called to stay connected to my community and create something of my own.
I wanted to bring something fresh, fun, and family-friendly to the Central Coast- that's how Cowgirl Soda Co. was born!
When I was pregnant with my daughter in 2024, I craved Dr. Pepper ALL THE TIME. I often was making my own dirty sodas at home with Dr. Pepper, creamer, and lime. With no dedicated dirty soda shop in the area (unlike neighboring states), I saw an opportunity to introduce something that everyone could enjoy.
What started as a small idea I had while sitting on the couch with both my babies in my lap has grown into a space where families, friends, and the community can come together over something sweet. I absolutely love this town and I'm so excited to share something new with everyone!
